New Patient Information

In order to perform a complete cardiac consultation, we require a chest x-ray and EKG. In most cases, this will have been performed by your primary doctor. It is definitely to your advantage to have this material sent to our office prior to your appointment. An alternative is to stop by your doctor’s or the radiologist’s office and bring the material with you.

This will save time and hopefully prevent unnecessary repetition of these tests. These two tests need to be performed within 6 months of your appointment in order for the doctor to make the best medical judgment.
